1. About this policy
This policy explains how Herefordshire Mental Health Watch uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on a device. Similar technologies can include local storage, scripts, tags and other methods that store information on or access information from a visitor's device.
3. Technologies currently used
The current pre-launch Watch website does not load Google Analytics, advertising trackers or behavioural advertising technologies.
The contact form uses a server-side session token to help protect against forged submissions. Depending on the hosting configuration, a strictly necessary session cookie may be used to maintain that session.
4. Strictly necessary technologies
Technologies that are necessary for security, session management or to provide a feature specifically requested by a visitor can be used where the relevant legal exception applies.
5. Future analytics
If analytics or other non-essential technologies are added later, this policy and the website's consent or objection controls will be reviewed before those technologies are relied upon.
6. Third-party services
External services may set or access their own technologies when they are loaded. We will aim to avoid unnecessary third-party tracking and will update this policy if the technical configuration changes.
7. Contact
